"The good hand of his God was on Ezra BECAUSE he set his heart to study, to do, and to teach God's word" (Ezra 7:9-10). I pray his hand on you always. Wink

My heart has been gladdened this morning with these words from my Father in heaven.

As two funerals at our church fill the sanctuary with mourning hearts, I am filled with a peace that only God can provide. This scripture lifts my thoughts on the promises of God's word. Heaven is being prepared for His children and that day on the Lord's calendar is only a moment away for Him who created everything for the glory of His only begotten son. He made everything, and because of sin we are all sentenced to death, but His promise is that we will be made new again. He promised. What an awesome and humbling thought to pass across my simple mind.

The words from this song, "Every Season" by Nichole Nordeman, paint a picture of God's promise that He shows us everyday in His creation. (Romans 1:19-20) I praise Him for His promises and His daily reminder that He will be coming soon to make all things new. Amen

God's word isnt a list of do's n don'ts 2 restrict us - it = the maufacturer's specifications 4 human happiness. "oh how I love Your law!"
